Repeat Prescriptions

 

IMPORTANT:  Please use one of the following methods to order your medication. Prescription requests take 48 hours (two working days) to process so please make sure you order your medication in time to avoid running out. 

 

In person

Complete your tear off slip and post it through our letter box on the front door or write the required medication on a piece of paper with your details and post this through.
By Post

You can post your prescription request to us and this will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your request. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope and we will send your completed prescription back to you.
On Line

If you have a My Health Online account, you can request repeat prescriptions using My Health Online.
Via Pharmacy

If you are signed up to a preferred pharmacy, contact your pharmacy to order your medication on your behalf.

 

  • Please do not order your repeat prescriptions more than 5 working days in advance

  • If you require an item that you have not had before you will need to contact the practice to book a telephone consultation with a doctor.
